We are serious about GREAT service. If you don't like the product, just contact us for a return identification number (so that you can track your shipment).
You have 30 days from the date of successful delivery to initiate return of your product. Returned item will be accepted after the 30 day window if the customer has proof of shipment initiated before the end of the 30 day window, or if the package has a postmark within the window.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and for creating the shipping label.
The Elevated Cook accepts all major shipment methods. USPS Priority Mail is a reliable and affordable option. The Elevated Cook is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
Refund issued for return will include the purchase price only and will NOT include shipping and handling charges or fees incurred in shipping the returned product.
The Elevated Cook will not issue a return shipping label.
If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order.
If you paid by check or money order, please allow two weeks after receipt of the returned item for your refund.
If you paid by PayPal, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account.
